Our Info & Lounge is staffed every day during our opening hours. Here, you’ll receive personalized service, help finding your way around the mall, or the chance to take a break in a quiet setting.
We can help you with
At our store, you can pick up and drop off packages via PostNord and Instabox, buy stamps, and purchase pre-paid packages and bags. You can also buy Avion Shopping gift cards that are valid in our stores and at IKEA.
If you need help finding lost items, we’re happy to assist you. We also lend out wheelchairs free of charge (you can reserve one by phone) and can help you book a taxi or paratransit service if needed.
Take a break with us
In the Info & Lounge, you can sit down for a while and take a break from shopping. Here, you can read magazines, use our free Wi-Fi, or charge your cell phone and other electronic devices.
Info & Lounge is cashless, but there is an ATM nearby. There is also a defibrillator and first-aid supplies available here.
