Gekås Ullared has the most satisfied customers in all of Sweden, followed by Väla Centrum, outside Helsingborg, and in third place is Kungsmässan Köpcentrum, outside Gothenburg.
“All successful retail starts with attracting consumers, and the shopping centers that succeed in doing so have the most satisfied customers,” says Peter Wissing, project manager for the study at Evimetrix. “By analyzing what drives customer satisfaction and then working hard to excel in those aspects of the shopping experience, all shopping centers can strengthen their position and, in turn, their success,” he continues.
Customers can rate about 15 different aspects of their respective shopping centers and retail destinations, and Avion Shopping has the best selection of stores.
